state of the organism, and adaptive high school students”

Our research work turns your attention to exploring the functional capacity of the organism older students. In an age of scientific -
technical progress students are
less concerned about their health spending more time on the computer. We hypothesized
that low functional activity associated
with a sedentary lifestyle due to the large amount of time spent at
the computer. Method of study were samples (sample marina, head up tilt table test, sample rod), analysis of the time spent at the
computer (was carried out using
questionnaires). It was found that the functional state
of the circulatory system is correct
in 52.9%. Respiratory system test matches normal
ranges at 79.3%. According to survey results
47% of the students spend on the computer more than 3 hours and it has the
negative impact on the physiological state of the body schoolboy. We
proposed project recommendations to
improve student health and
further development of the program "Health" |
